Returns & Exchanges


Exchanges for online purchases made within 7 days of original purchase date qualify for one (1) free return shipping label and no additional costs to ship a new item! Email us to request a shipping label for your exchange. While we do supply free return shipping, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to send back, and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to exchange for. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock to make an exchange; be sure to look at alternative selections.

Please fill out and include our Return & Exchange form and include it with your exchange package.


If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your purchase, we’d be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. After the 14-day window, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke or other odors will not be accepted under any circumstance.
